RAJESH MAHABEER
FOUNDER & CEO
Rajesh Mahabeer is a Chartered Accountant (SA). In addition to his CA (SA) qualification, Rajesh holds several other professional qualifications including the FCMA, CGMA, FCA, FCCA, FIIASA, CIA, FIIASA, M Inst D, SAIPA designations. He also holds several academic qualifications including the MCom degree in Leadership Studies and the MBA degree from the University of Derby in England.
He also holds several academic qualifications including the MCom degree in Leadership Studies (Systems Thinking) from UKZN and the MBA degree from the University of Derby in England. Rajesh is currently reading for his PhD degree at Wits.
Rajesh has 42 years of work experience in both the private and public sectors. Amongst other organisations, Rajesh has worked for AECI, Tetra Pak International, OTH Beier & Co, Hendler & Hart, Deloitte, Walter Sisulu University, Auditor General South Africa and South African National Parks. He has occupied the roles of CEO, COO and CFO. During his tenure in these roles, Rajesh was integral to the turn-around, growth and success of these businesses.
Rajesh is an expert in financial transformation and business reengineering and is passionate in supporting clients trade out of distress. He believes that businesses must be traded out of distress to save jobs.
Rajesh is leading think tanks to develop solutions to respond to the unprecedented impact of the COVID -19 pandemic.

Ms. Thinavhuyo (Ndidi) Ndidinwangani Mpye
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR and Head of Business Development
Ndidi is a seasoned business executive and non-executive director, with over 15 years post articles experience as a Chartered Accountant.
She is diligent, assertive, attentive to detail, and is well-acquainted in the finance industry. Ndidi has a wealth of experience in adding value in the turnaround of entities with low performance levels, having moved entities from disclaimer of audit opinions which spanned for many years to unqualified audit opinions. Her passion and experience in corporate governance, financial and audit matters, corporate finance, and strategy development and execution, have added significant value in entities she has been acquainted with.
She has extensive experience in financial management, having held senior positions in top conglomerate entities in the motor industry, parts and services, manufacturing, and project management. She gained exposure in other African countries such as Mozambique, DRC, and Zambia in setting up branches within the manufacturing sector. She currently focuses on financial management, taxation, audit consulting, strategy, corporate finance, and advisory services. With a razor-sharp intellect and a relentless work ethic, Ndidi has carved a path of distinction through South Africa’s demanding business world.
She serves on the board of directors for multiple state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in South Africa, bringing not only technical expertise but ethical clarity and strategic oversight. She is one of the youngest women to hold these roles and her presence is both pioneering and principled.

RAVIND SUKDEO
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR AND lead partner
Ravind is an accomplished business executive with over three decades of Senior Financial Executive experience in JSE-listed companies and a senior chartered accountant.
He has substantial exposure in Manufacturing (Motor Industry) and Service Industries (Ports and Logistics) and more recently business consulting in financial management and turnaround management.
Ravind has served as a Finance Director of a major Division of a JSE TOP 40 listed company for almost two decades. He has substantial international exposure in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Ravind served on boards as a non-executive director and is a licensed Business Rescue Practitioner.

MAMEKWA KATLEGO KEKANA
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Katlego is a Global Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and is a senior lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the University of Johannesburg.
She has an interest in turning around financially distressed companies, business rescue practices, management accounting and corporate finance.
She is an active member of SARIPA and her research interests are in business rescue and developing turnaround strategies for financially distressed companies.

DR CAMERON MODISANE
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Cameron is a Professor and Deputy Executive Dean of the College of Accounting Sciences at the University of South Africa.
He is an expert in accounting, auditing, finance, project management, and strategy. He has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.
He has specialist knowledge in IT auditing, internal auditing, and risk and governance.
Cameron is passionate about 4IR technologies and uses these as enablers to create a competitive advantage for clients. He serves on boards as a non-executive director.

GEOFF WATTRUS
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Geoff is a Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and a Chartered Certified Accountant (UK). He recently completed his Advanced Program in Taxation and the Advanced Course in VAT through UNISA and holds the FCMA CGMA FCCA and FCIS professional designations.
Geoff is an experienced senior finance and tax professional who has spent four decades in the mining industry. His areas of expertise include financial investigation and evaluations of businesses for acquisition and developing feasibility studies.
He has experience in company valuations and due diligence audits. Geoff has international experience in the francophone West African countries. His work enabled him to provide tax advice to his employers and discuss fiscal matters with senior State Officials.
